• A Readable Summary of AA’s Twelve Concepts for World Service (PDF) – This 32-page booklet is much easier than Twelve Concepts for World Service by Bill W., and more detailed and practical than The Twelve Concepts for World Service Illustrated. Read it alone or with a group to understand these remarkable principles for General Service.

• Real-Life Tradition Problems (PDF) – This is a list of modern Traditions problems for personal practice, a coffee chat, or a service workshop. Works well with the Simple Traditions Workshop on this page.

• Simple Traditions Workshop (PDF) – This easy workshop format has over a dozen jobs for volunteers, and involves short talks and challenging activities that will have new folks and oldtimers solving Traditions problems together. Use it with the Real-Life Tradition Problems on this page, or your own list of fun or challenging 12 Traditions questions.

• Sponsorship Discussion Questions (PDF) – These questions cover the major stages of sponsorship (preparing to sponsor, helping the person settle in, the major Step and Tradition work, and long-term maintenance sponsorship) and many other topics. Useful for building sponsorship skills, or for hosting a roundtable where everyone shares their experience on these practical issues.

• Roundtable workshop materials for Steps, Sponsorship, and Home Groups – These five roundtable workshops use the Sharing Session format described in the AA Service Manual, with a few key changes. Participants share and hear concrete, practical tips that people can use immediately.
